Our client located in downtown Chicago is looking for a Talent Acquisition Director, you will lead the talent acquisition department with strategies and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent for our client. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.


**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions

- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events

- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications

- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment metrics and progress

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Salary Range :

$115k- $125K


Qualification :

    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

    - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

    - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies

    - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

    - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Our client located in Schaumburg, IL is looking for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead our clients HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources strategy and operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organizational's  goals and drive employee engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.


**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations

- Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR issues and challenges

- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts, including developing programs to enhance the employee experience

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership

- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
